The guy in the white did shoot him there are no knuckles you do not get a kickback with knuckles. The girl beside him is with him and you can see him in the picture in front of Tyler on the photos we were provided of Tyler leaving. They worked together.

My guess is Tyler shot the gun only to get everyone to think the shot was coming from behind and take attention away from the guy beside Charlie.

To me he gave the signal to Tyler to get ready, the guy in the black on his left side gave the signal to fire and both Tyler and the guy in white shot at the same time. They are all involved.
