This pic is from nearly a month ago. I didn't really understand what the signal was at that point, and I still don't get it now.

Would someone be so kind as to explain the significance of this, specifically pointing to events that followed this signal?

Here are two GAW posts from the day of, both offering some great ideas about what the signal may have meant.

With all of that speculation, and now benefitting from 24 days of news, can we conclusively "tie" the original photo to any specific outcome or intervention?
