Imagine Epstein stuff hidden in the middle of a big circle. By revealing all the evil ideologies, people, and acts around its periphery (bringing their darkness out into the light) the Epstein stuff becomes less questionable and more believable. The audience is being prepared for the big climax. The revealing of the inner circle (Israel for last?)

I don’t think the “public must be shown” statement applies directly to Epstein. My interpretation is the public must be shown the overall degradation of society, how it’s being facilitated, and who is driving and supporting it. It may indeed eventually be shown but not until after everything else has paved the way for it.
