Then we need to rethink the first amendment. Obviously, it is being abused to lead to the moral degradation of our country. We really need to interpret this in its original context. Free speech refers to speech. Posting text or a video online isn't speech, it is a recording. Only when someone is talking in person, should that be protected by the first amendment. This also helps create self-regulation. People are less likely to say stupid things in person. We need to remove the ability for people to post their opinions anonymously from their basements. If you have something to say, you should say it in public, otherwise, keep it to yourself.
