Not this man. This black idiot stabbed two women and that is not a plus in God's book. He is most likely burning in hell. Plus I am willing to bet my life that this black idiot didn't know Jesus. People that know Jesus don't stab two women at random. Heck, those kinds of people would have helped that female Ukrainian Refugee as several people passed her while she was cuddled in a fetal position trying to stop her own bleeding.
