I seen a podcast clip that pretty much said the 250 yard shot on a still target from a vantage point like he had is practically a layup, and that it wasn't a shot from a professional hitman because he "missed".
These guys were both former military and the one was a sniper, long story short dude said at that distance he could pick which nostril to put the bullet in and the fact that he didn't take his head clean off or aim for center mass is a clear indicator that he was amateur
The real conspiracy is how and why people like him are so malleable. Are all the tranny shooters from the past few years also on SSRI medication? Or are guys like this just susceptible to mind control ala Sirhan Sirhan? Who were these Internet "friends"? And so on
