War on language

Just my shower thoughts. Why is the war on language only the English language?

Also, if the meaning of a word is changed and that word appears in a written law the law is changed without rewriting it.

Looking at your second point, I remember a big discussion about using period correct legal dictionaries during a Congressional hearing. It was the hearing the Dems used to justify President Trump’s first impeachment.

What I remember is the only thing the constitutional scholars seemed to agree on was the necessity to consult legal dictionaries that contained definitions from the time a legal document was written.
