Only those who aren't prepared and haven't listened to anything President Trump has said. And if they aren't doing well, then it should be their children's responsibility to take care of them, like it has been for almost all of human history. Maybe instead of blaming the government, people can take responsibility for their family, wouldn't that be a novel concept.
