So wait... does Kimmel own the studio? Why are they clearing it out? I doubt it was his equipment. I would say a few boxes of stuff are his, but not the whole stage. The company owns that, and they will just reinvent the stage as something else, and put some of the swag in a museum on their own property for posterity.

I don't think they were upset to cancel him, he was losing them money, however they wouldn't give him the entire stage!!! Could it just be they are moving it to another location that he will do his show from? is he being demoted to home? I mean, do we really know this is permanent?
