They caused terror through several blue cities, mostly in 2020. After they went away, the cities mostly cleaned up and went back to the way things were. What's the point? Why would this be a thing that Soros would want to invest in?

They were planing on stepping up the violence a lot more,so they needed stormtroopers. You can't be Nazis without street thugs.
