WUT? Catch 22! Incandescent bulbs with pleasant light were banned. They could be disposed of in the trash. We were forced to buy the very ugly spiral fluorescent light bulbs with harsh light, that we cannot put in the trash but have to recycle responsibly, but community recycling won't take them!! What do you mean we can't put them in the trash. That is where I put them. What are they going to do, open up the garage bag and sift through to find the bulbs.
