If Q did do that then that means HRC is locked out of her account admin role and I'm certain she has filed a complaint with Twitter. If that happened and Twitter cannot remove the picture then what does that tell us about the power and reach of Q? If Q can screw with a powerful person just think what he can do to average Joe's. I'm starting to like this game.
