That's how Jesus wants for us to operate as believers in Him, if you don't forgive others then He'll not forgive you.
But I truly believe she's aware that guy Tyler didn't kill him, it was too sophisticated and professional for someone like him to achieve.

I know what the scripture says.
“Forgive us our sins as we forgive those that sin against us.” There is no slightest suggestion that we are offered forgiveness on any other terms. It is made perfectly clear that if we do not forgive we shall not be forgiven. There are no two ways about it.

She "forgives" him because she knows Charlie isn't dead. She knows that guy didn't kill him. Pretty easy to forgive someone who didn't kill your husband. You are watching a scripted plot. Minor caveats here and there to move with the masses, but the whole thing is fake.
