Trump publicly restated our complaints that Pam is taking too long. Said it's time to act, to Pam.

Then he posted this other tweet, to us, stating that Pam is doing a great job, meaning she will be acting soon.

Post one is the signal to Pam to act. Post two is the signal to us that Pam is acting imminently.
