Tennessee: Was the first state to pass a law allowing OTC ivermectin for human use in 2022. Have to fill out questionnaire and they will dispense according to weight.
Arkansas: Enacted its law in March 2025.
Idaho: Passed its legislation in April 2025.
Louisiana: Its law went into effect in June 2025. It is stricter than the others, requiring pharmacists to provide a risk assessment and information to patients before dispensing.
Texas: The Texas House and Senate approved legislation in August 2025 to allow OTC sales. The bill was sent to the governor, who just signed it.
You can get it from Amazon with a prescription, but it expensive. Less if your insurance will approve it, but none will at the moment.
Unfortunately, none that I know of will sell to out of state.
