Nobody forces you to take acetaminophen.
Certain other things still need to be addressed at a policy level before they can come out with the vaccine stuff.
This was simply a lower hanging fruit and easier to address more expeditiously.
The vaccine issue is a much bigger behemoth to fight and I simply accept that's going to take some more time.

It will happen, but it has to happen slowly and sequentially because many (even many on the Right) will rebel if he had come out today and banned/stopped certain vaccines many have been programmed to think are helpful to their children.
And pharma will rebel
