Ok sorry but...I'm with the guy who smacked his camera on this one. That guy was out of line. I get he's emotional, but he's gotta reign that shit in. They were meeting about the incident in question as far as I could see. The guy only took exception when the speaker began directing his comments at one person, a woman, and calling her names. He tried to regain order and told the guy "You don't even know what we think yet." Seems to me there was hope that that particular guy at least agreed with him to some degree, was taking the matter seriously, and was considering doing something about it. This guy can come in and make his complaint and argue his case, but man, at some point, regardless of the issue, you've gotta have SOME decorum in a meeting like that. If they had tried to shout him down or shut him up before he began directing his remarks to a specific person and resorting to name-calling I'd be with him. And I am with him on his complaint, but I'm not with him on his behavior, and 100% would have smacked his phone out of my face as well. Sticking your phone in someone's face from that distance is threatening behavior. He was out of line.
