I don't think so. I stopped paying attention to those guys years ago (Bitchute).

This is a step in the right direction. but I was asking if anyone knows if YouTube suppress views.

I cannot recall if there's evidence for it.

Let's say X22 Report or And We Know both get 200k on YT again, will there only be 2000 views on there videos.

How about Julie Green International Ministries? Go to Rumble and you will find hundreds of channels deleted by You Tube for false outrage. Black Conservative Patriot had to create multiple channels on YT bring in his children and his mother to run the channels. Can’t have black people speaking truth.
