I agree, Cee. If the number truly is 4-6%, that's a number we can manage. It's still a lot of people (6% of 360M is 21.6 million), but it can be managed.
Before the Charlie Kirk assassination and subsequent reaction, I would have leaned towards the 4-6% range for all the reasons you mention.
