Could Q 777 be alluding to other mind control techniques involving Tech Companies?
Or, speaking at the UN, was Pres. Trump telling the world that too many people on this planet are under massive mind manipulation?
There were many dozens of programs related to MK-Ultra, by the US alone, many of them preceding MK. Project 54, Project 68, Project Artichoke, Project Midnight Climax, Project Monarch...just to name a few.
thanks for the list, Proj. Monarch is the only other one I had heard of. Could they have used this in the Phoenix Operation too, or would that Vietnam era op have been volunteers taking on assignments with no need for mind manipulation?
I don't recall details of Phoenix offhand. But the various related mind control programs were (are) vast, and includes everything involving mind manipulation.
I’m inclined to believe this as well. What can these phones do to the mind? And is this stating Hillary was subjected to the same mind control? Hence the smashing of the phone to rid evidence.
I am 90% convinced the phone can read my thoughts. How I don’t know but we’ve all experienced merely thinking of something. Not even talking or texting or searching for it and then it comes up as an ad or shown on our feeds.
I was reminded yesterday as I was scrolling , a very very random and specific idea popped in my head. Not speaking to anyone or texting. Then I opened up another app and it popped an ad to sell tools to make said idea

Good catch. Many numbers, like 66 and 33, had symbolic meaning before the Q drops. 777 may be a comm that's unrelated to Q.
Something like "I won the jackpot. We have it all." Just a thought.
