I am just reading you the allowed doses straight off the packet. It's not good idea to have more than the recommended amount as these women demonstrate but you are overstating the drugs lethality.
With regard to non pregnant adults and liver failure:-
"The toxic dose of paracetamol is highly variable. In general the recommended maximum daily dose for healthy adults is 4 grams.[17][18] Higher doses lead to increasing risk of toxicity. In adults, single doses above 10 grams or 200 mg/kg of bodyweight, whichever is lower, have a reasonable likelihood of causing toxicity.[19][20] Toxicity can also occur when multiple smaller doses within 24 hours exceed these levels. Studies have shown significant hepatotoxicity is uncommon in patients who have taken greater than normal doses over 3 to 4 days.[23] In adults, a dose of 6 grams a day over the preceding 48 hours could potentially lead to toxicity,[20] while in children acute doses above 200 mg/kg could potentially cause toxicity.[24]
24g of Paracetamol is generally accepted to be a fatal dose. The lowest amount of Paracetamol to cause death was found by one study to be 10g.
You should actually listen to the story I posted and how the Pharma company was waiting on the FDA to update dosage labels. Then the FDA said the Pharma could have done that on their own years ago.
Same with labeling for liver damage.
Anything above 3 grams per day of acetaminophen could potentially kill you. Near the end of the story.
I personally know someone who had 30 tabs in an attempt at suicide, an entire packet, and showed no ill effects whatsoever.
There is no way only 150 Americans would be dead each year if 4 tabs could snuff you. Use some critical thinking. In case you missed it I am talking about adult liver failure here.
Maybe you could provide a transcript of your 52 mins of audio.
"Please prove me wrong and take 48 tablets." - Is that really necessary?
Can you please just at least tell me whether the person who died from 4grams (6 grams now) is in the prologue, Act 1 or Act 2 so it won't take 52 mins to find a study showing a new world record for lowest human adult liver failure dose? Was he an alcoholic? Did he have sepsis as well, did Baz Rutten pop a liver shot just before he imbibed the Tylenol, or was it an infant?
I run noscript so the transcript button was not visible until I turned on scripting for https://www.thisamericanlife.org, a website which is surely the final word in this argument. We can disregard any other data on this including the lowest recorded adult liver failure dose of 10 grams.
One question?
what is might / 350,000,000 ?
People chuck these into their heads like tic-tacs. My previous statement still stands.

Have you even gone to the page? The article has a transcript link on the page.
Over 3 grams MIGHT do you harm. They do not know why some people can take more, when others just die.

So now it's 6 tabs?
