I commented on this yesterday on another post (comment below). The important thing to know is NAC is the first line of treatment for a Tylenol OD. A lot of us on here are familiar with NAC.

I had a really cool thing happen that caused me to stop the protocol. My blood pressure went down so much that I was getting dizzy and since then I don't need the blood pressure meds anymore. My old BP used to be between 180 and 200 over about 100! Now it is around 120 over 60-70. I'm pretty sure the NAC cleaned out the plaque in my arteries.
