We already saw it happen once. All the defense had was "Well we had to do SOMETHING to stop Trump. Who cares that we actually broke the law?" DC Jurry response, "No one, really. Acquitted."
I get that this is in a NOVA judge's courtroom, but that's almost as bad, and he is a Biden or Obama appointee.
