It has also caused shortages of doctors, technicians and testing capabilities. And sometimes hospital and rehab beds. I think they want people to be so frustrated they will demand full socialized medicine.

Yup - that was always the goal. The Clinton's couldn't get socialized medicine pushed through, but they did force the hospitals to take anyone regardless of insurance status, starting the system of free health care subsidized by the working class.
