DHS had been doing multi-agency training exercises during the Boston Marathon since at least 2003
The DHS itself was created by the PATRIOT ACT,
“in response to” 9/11… 2001
And DHS became the umbrella over many formerly-independent government agencies
Also created were “fusion centers” that put all levels of law enforcement in one room.
Feds, state police, county sheriff, local cops, all supposedly sharing info with each other,
for your protection, of course
So they do these exercises/drills to test the system.
Like a fire alarm drill at school.
Do they make you physically participate in the fire alarm drill, and evacuate the building?
But these drills are much more involved.
Imagine if the fire alarm drill at school involved fireman actually showing up with firetrucks, policeman actually showing up with police cars, and ambulances showing up…
Pretty soon, you got a medevac helicopter there too
The hospitals go into high alert, and prepare to accept incoming trauma patients
the sheriff gets involved.
the governor gets involved.
so they force goverment workers at all levels to participate in these multi-agency joint exercises
The pretext for these multi agency joint exercises, is to discover communication problems, to discover weaknesses or vulnerabilities, to test people’s actual response, so they can anticipate people‘s response in the future under similar circumstances
For example…
Two FBI agents, named Christopher Lorek and Stephen Shaw, were both involved with the Boston Marathon bombing hoax.
These two agents were supposedly part of the hostage negotiation team
They were on site, anticipating the part of the exercise where the suspects took hostages and they were supposed to be the negotiators to get the hostages safely released
For some reason, this part of the exercise never actually happened, so these two FBI agents never got a chance to be the hostage negotiators
Later on these two agents were participating in a training exercise involving rapelling off of a helicopter out over choppy waters in the ocean.
They were trying to rappel down onto a ship that was down below.
During heavy rain…
Supposedly because their gear was wet, these guys slipped off their ropes and landed in the ocean,
The helicopter people had to rescue these two FBI agents that fell out of the helicopter…
They got the two FBI bodies back in the helicopter and headed toward land
Headed towards the hospital, where they would be treated
As the helicopter is transporting these two FBI agents to the hospital, they discovered that the helicopters radio is not compatible with the hospital radio
So the helicopter was not able to alert the hospital that they were coming with two trauma patients
And that’s a perfect metaphor and example for how these exercises work
they are testing the system, to find communication gaps,
like the helicopter radio and the hospital radio, being on different frequencies and unable to communicate

One of those FBI agents, also just happened to play the role of be a “hair and fiber expert” in the Casey Anthony hoax
Neither of these guys was a “REAL” FBI agent…
They simply played the role of FBI agent on TV
until their characters got killed off in a fake training accident,
Just as a way to retire, those characters and tidy up loose ends
They served their purpose, and once they were exposed, they were no longer useful to the characters creators
And it was more dangerous to keep using these characters than to get rid of them
Because whatever they were involved with next would automatically be suspect by people who were aware of their history
Also, there’s a lawyer named Judy Clarke
I’m convinced that she’s a fake character as well,
And that her entire client list is these high profile bad guys
I would say 100% of the clients on her client list are fake characters that have been involved in these fake news stories going back decades
She does “show trials”
She an actor.
