Why WOULDN'T we want them to resign? They are proving they are PARTISAN.

Also, an indictment isn't a conviction. And if the indictment 'fails' they just blew their careers. If the indictment leads to conviction, then it's kind of proof that they were wrong about their defending that person.

These people never belonged here. It's the department of justice. Not the derpartment of just us and not you
