I'd say that once the military goes into these 12 cities the nation at large will probably have ten days of no news being aired across the fruited plains. That might give the troops a green light to slam some bad guys onto the asphalt without the news media looking over their shoulders and saying " See, they are abusing innocent people." Yea, right.
