How could medbeds or some similar healthcare replacement not be real, though? When the truth comes out about how bad healthcare is, and when these evil (or, at best, stupid) doctors and nurses are legally punished for their involvement, the healthcare system will crumble. People already don't trust the medical system and once the truth about vaccines and medications comes out, the majority won't trust it. Something has to be in place to replace it.
