We're broke, but I'm betting US taxpayer dollars have been promised, because after paying to build the tunnels and paying for the bombs to blow them up, now we'll have the privilege of paying to rebuild the mess. What role are the neighboring Arab states going to play? Egypt is broke, but it needs to play a huge role based on its size and proximity? Where are the Saudis and other Arabian emirates (and their hoards of cash)? These people need to be leading here. The security effort must be Arab-led and Arab-staffed.
Why is Trump leading this? He has a broken country falling apart that needs attention. No one voted for him to run Gaza. He should have no role here, nor should anyone who is a Zionist. He negotiated the deal. Hand over management and do your job, Mr. Trump. No one elected you to make Israel great again.
