Honestly, darkness flees when you let the light in. Right now you are conscious of the fact that you’re a sinner. You don’t really like who you are. When you let the light in, when you turn towards the light and invite the light to shine into your darkness, your darkness will disappear. I promise you. Everyone has a different person who has influenced them. For me, it started in 2001 when I started listening to Andrew Wommack. He cut through all the crap to make the gospel real and understandable and legitimate and relevant. I would at least give Andrew Wommack a try. You go to awmi .net. Click on audio teachings and go down the list. God himself will speak to you and show you which one to listen to first. It will be a feeling. One will stand out. You’ll think to yourself “that sounds like a good one.” Pay attention to that because that is God speaking to you. He will direct your steps. You have to remember that you may see yourself as someone that you don’t like. But that is not how God sees you. To God, you are very, very precious. I so hope you take these words to heart.
