These are all the people who took the buy-out. Relax frens, this is not a protest it is lazy workers that were offered two choices months ago and took the cash.
I know of two of these people working for the VA and they are the worst employees you can imagine. Theft, trouble making, bad attendance, rude to veterans, etc. Phase one, they got rid of ghost employees and the head strong by the weekly reporting. Then phase two, they offered the ones they wanted to fire buyouts. Then they strategically defanged the unions so they can fire, at will, the ones who did not take the offer.
Trust me, this was all planned and is a very good thing.
I've seen this posted around in various places all day... and none mentioned why right out of the box... seems a bit shit & what we don't want in our world anymore...
I know many who took this out. Three retired and others left because they knew they were most likely going to be RIFed. They ALL were very hard workers. I do believe there is a TON of fraud in the govt but there also are very hard working individuals as well. Were I retired from 2 years ago, I only Know if 1 or 2 people who were lazy. The majority worked above and beyond. So, with this said, I feel Bad for those who felt they had to leave to protect themselves.
The union screwed the va in nevada. Never saw such a mess and huge group of incompetents. Im in florida now and the have to admit the service has been excellent.
They offered the buyout to all employees. Also, they don’t track who’s productive and who’s not. Only the people there really know.. The managers are all so inept that they could never even figure out. His resignation programs feel like they were for the productive people who just had enough like myself. Believe it or not there are some very good productive people in federal service. They’re there because they believe in our country and they love our country and they put up with all the crazy bureaucracy and laziness, the average person can’t even fathom what kind of sacrifice it takes to maintain your own integrity in federal service for 11 years. I can’t imagine what it’s like to come out of a 30 year 40 year career intact.
10 percent do the work. Its too bloated. There was a guy posted in here who has a job and no work with tje feds. He was a whistle blower. They couldnt fire him so he still goes to work and gets paid. No real work given to him. 140k annum.
I did not want DRP as money that I was not earning. HR is still processing DRP. I do not care for weird spin. I was not seeing people quitting right now.

It is just a continuation of the DOGE program. In full force.
A 5% cut of the employees in the Federal Gov is a good start.
You missed my point...
I know they were the ones that took early retirement...
But they never mention it so normies think it magically happened today out of the blue
Correct. But isn't that its own psyop?
