IN MY VIEW, This is part of a bigger narrative. You Tube is owned by google which is owned by Blackrock and Vanguard etc etc. This scenario can NO LONGER continue in a free world. I believe these companies will end up being owned and controlled by we the people. Lawsuits and ex order 13818 will explain this to the normies.
Now I would like that.
Me too
hmm companies and industry built by entrepreneurs being turned over to "the people" which would really just be government control - look at what is happening to tiktok after saying the people would own it.
Definition of socialism: Socialism is an economic and political philosophy defined by social ownership and control.
Yeah, that's one path to watch for. But so far, it's primarily only "club members" making and winning lawsuits in corrupt courts. Once good people are able to bring forth and win legitimate lawsuits, then THEY get to redistribute the wealth evenly.
Oh, so you're advocating for the even redistribution of wealth ... so communism?
Nope. Just from the folks that have been taking MY hard earned money, pretending it's theirs, and redistributing it to people they're helping cross the border to illegally invade our country, bankrupt us, and take over. Will you be coming down on me as a "nationalist" next?
lol
Start asking them all how we should spend "their" money.
And you are absolutely right. The last thing any of these entities want to do is admission to what they have done. Youtube statement ends with "and it was wrong to do so. Molars are shattering. They don't want to say that, and they still don't. But they have been forced to do so. Warnings came from every direction, yet they chose to proceed. Now they all lose
Trump is using the money to fund the ballroom at the White House.

Gonna need a bigger ballrooom to fit those balls in.
LOL
I think this isn’t a good approach because it allows the deep state companies to claim that they’ve paid for the ballroom. It’s a marketing for them.
Trump could get the money to his pocket, then pay for the ballroom himself. It’d have the following advantages:
YouTube would never claim that they’ve sponsored the ballroom.
Whoever would like to defame Trump again would know that he gets the settlement money, so he is motivated to sue everyone again.
Then Trump can fund whatever he wants (himself, using their money) …
It’s like not giving the glory to the bastards.
That's smart. You are so smart.
Thanks. You’re so nice.
WC. I am a brain-dead sometimes so when you point it out. It's great.
Sure, sure. It’s interesting to me how a Brain Dead has 600,000 post rank. KEK
The Trump Presidential Library is coming along nicely, I see.
Yeah, I think so. Did you see Obummer's presidential library in major trouble?
Yes, that seems fitting, doesn't it?
Yeah. Trump is very smart.
LOL
Should have been triple this amount. Need to bankrupt alphabet
Triple $24m would be $72m. YouTube makes $142m PER DAY.
Bah hambug!!!! Make them pay 24 billion
Yes. I was told the same.
New ballroom, here we come!
Yes.
Fantastic. And classy. 😁👍🇺🇲
They should pay a lot more but I am not greedy. LOL
I guess Trump 45~47 has won enough in damages to build his Presidential library.
I'll bet he will have one elegant and beautiful library.
Id rather not see all of these being settled out of court because that paltry amount is not going to deter anyone. They probably made more off of the headlines, views and clicks, and opportunity cost of finding new advertising partners to begin with, and see this as profit sharing. No one really wins or loses, it ends with an unsatisfying soccer-style tie. Bring it to court and create precedent.
Settling every time makes this look like a money grab to outsiders. Make no mistake, YouTube would make the same choice tomorrow if they thought it would only cost $24M due 4 years later.
Sometimes you have no choice. You legally have to settle at a certain point depending on the circumstances of the case. Tim pool has spoken about this scenario in his podcasts, it's BS but it's some sort of legal step you cant do anything about, IIRC.
You might be correct.
NBC still calling Jan. 6 a riot... despite barely any damage done to the property, despite only one person dying, despite all evidence to the contrary.
He should sue NBC next.
I reeeally believe he should.
Wow.
