My lifelong understanding is the people living in the landmass called Palestine were either kicked out or removed themselves from surrounding Countries. People from all backgrounds, mostly Islamic, but not all, lived in this area of no governance. These were people who lived outside the laws of given societies. Eventually Islamic warlords took the lead in instituting a government in the Palestine landmass, to create a Country out of the landmass. If I remember correctloy, this was during the creation of Israel. The warlords did not appreciate another group of people coming into the landmass to create a country out of a portion of the landmass.
I have looked at the history of Canaan several times. What I remember is that there were Phoenicians in the area, taken over by Egypt, overrun by Assyrains and Akkadians, and finally Persians. In more modern times, England owned the place and gave it to the Rothschilds to create chaos for easier wealth (oil) extraction.

That is incorrect. Palestine was controlled by the British before Israel was created.
