I'm sorry if I stick my nose in your business, but I just want to say a word about the need to improve post headings.
Let take for example this post: One trucking company in Chicago fired 40 truck drivers in a singe day
Ask yourself, what is purpose of this site. I would argue that it is at least meant to inform, and benefit it's members.
If a purpose of this site is to Inform, and Benefit members, and given many of the members here have express that they are unemployed, falling into hard times, I think you could have do a much better job with this post if you have done it like this:
One trucking company in Chicago fired 40 truck drivers (got rid of every driver that doesn't speak English) in a day | SO NOW THEY'RE LOOK FOR TRUCK DRIVERS!
