My mom today sent a text to me and my sister, wanting our advise an a property management decision that she had to make. I told her real quick to bye silver! And forget about the remodel! She thinks that I am just dumb!
Sorry to hear that. I quit trying to give real advice to people a long time ago, they would ask for advice and then totally disregard it and do what they had already decided on doing. Lots of people wound up getting the vaxxine. Props to you for still trying.
