If Biden didn't actually sign KJB's nomination papers to become a SC justice, is she really a justice? Did Biden autopen her nomination?

A better question would be what qualifies her to sit on the US Supreme Court? The USSC is there to uphold the law according to the Constitution. I doubt Brown has ever read it.
