I like weather. I sort of expect weather every day but often don't know what it will be. When I need to know what the weather is doing right now I look outside.
When I need to know what the weather will be in the future I use the NWS. Very handy and convenient, and mostly accurate. It's hard to make predictions, especially about the future.

Looking at all the pinned posts on our board I would say the gust front is gathering and the northwestern winds are blowing dark clouds across the countryside.

FF weather event coming.?
Since the government shutdown the skies here in CA central valley in my area are nice blue skies. My wife commented they are almost as blue as the ones we see in Montana when traveling. Usually they have these funny looking contrail like things that remain in the sky and spread in width.
