How about requiring both thumb prints on each paper ballot, or recorded thumb print scan at the polls?
On election night, a computer can zip through the tens of thousands of scanned thumbprints and find any duplicate prints.
That way, we ensure 1 person = 1 vote... and that the dead don't vote. Democrats can't just round up names of people who haven't voted yet and make up fake ballots in their names. You need to have unique thumb prints = no cheating.
Remember the big deal they made of the green ink on the thumb during the first election in Iraq after the ouster of Saddam Husein.
