My problem with this is the guard aint the militia. We the people are. It may be the guard is A militia, but it isnt THE militia. They can try to redefine it all they want. Once the government pwns the militia wxclusively then there is no possible opposition to the gov itself when it gets out of bounds. The point of local militia is to protect the local population when the gov cant or the problem is from the gov itself. The governme t isnt out of bounds when it has the supoort of the majority of the people. So no reason for the left to pull the crap that requires the guard.
