Nowadays the community has a lot more knowledge about harm reduction, and how to do things safely. There are many more resources available now.

I've always advocated being realistic and transparent about adverse effects. I want people to get the maximum benefit out of psychedelic therapy if it can help them. This includes mitigating any possible adverse effects.
