Not in Texas but I did a search for Faith Church in Comal County TX. Resulted in this one: https://www.faithuccnb.org/, Also in New Braunfels, TX, where the event promo in your tweet is located. Rainbows appear prominently on their website.

Pretty incredible that a "Church" is backing an event like this.
