Really? Did you file recently though or been waiting for months? Maybe the check didn't get to them? Sorry for the questions.. it's just I am so tired at this point of the IRS. no other agency drains the American Soul like the IRS.
I filed back in April. I authorized 2 withdrawals directly from my bank account on 4/15. They've never taken it. It's been in limbo all this time. I called, was on hold for 2 hours, said they were backlogged and it would be processed by the end of July. Nope.
That is bizarre! And that's when you're looking to pay the IRS, you'd think they would prioritize that... So odd!
