I just read the indictment for James. I work in the mortgage business and review for fraud. She is sunk. I can prosecute this case. Even if Obama is the judge, I don't care, it's done. All this can be easily proven with the documents, as they say, it's black and white, straight forward. There is no expert testimony needed, nor evidence subject to interpretation, etc. Documents signed by her and/or provided will tell the story.
there is no plea bargain here imo from DOJ, given the stink James rose against Trump.
