I'll go one step & say that the leaders of both are of the same group. Sabbatai Zevi, a Jewish rabbi of the 1600's invented this "redemption through sin" bullshit. Some considered him the messiah & he eventually 'converted' to Islam. Some of his followers followed him & 'converted' too. Some remained 'Jews'. I put that in quotes because both groups kept secretly doing the "redemption through sin" crap like wife swapping (& probably worse stuff too but the wife swapping has been noted) A Grandson of one of the 1st Jews that converted with Zevi founded Wahhabism.
About 50 years later Jacob Frank took over where Zevi left off, He was one of these Sabbatian Jews who 'converted' to Christianity, got baptized & some of his followers as well. It was noted by people at the time that those 'Jews' who became 'Christians' all stayed in their own community. The rule was that they don't marry out of that circles UNLESS it's someone of a higher class. So eventually all the nobility of Europe became of this same group
So it's a 3 way evil network 'Christian' (European nobility) 'Muslim' (Wahhab groups) and those that stayed 'Jews' like Rothschilds
