No course salt. You have to assume that EVERY thug is armed. If you just lightly wound them, or make them angry, you could be very sorry. Also, you'll have no time to reload with anything stronger if need be.

You need power that will penetrate a heavy leather jacket or jeans or even a car door and keep going. If I have to shoot, I want the neighbors to hear it loud & clear... and I want the perp to not have ability to respond.
