God was the Father, not Joseph. His first mistake. And I believe that he would have stood out rather than blend in. Tends to be God’s MO. I am inclined to go with Akiane Kramarik‘s depiction. She was not given that gift for no reason. And funny, it was more aligned with the picture that my Pastor had hanging in church when I was a teenager.
