My wife asked me to attend her annual physical a few weeks back, because her PCP has been lightly bullying her about the fucking COVID, flu and pneumonia shots during the last few well visits. I sat in the exam room during her exam, silent, though I was glaring at the doc the entire time. When he began his usual push ("You NEED to get these shots, blah, blah), I allowed my wife to make her case and protest on her own but when he started a secondary push, I waded in and said, "She's NOT interested, doctor." And then he folded like the cheap-suit, milquetoast eastern Indian-born schmuck that he is and always has been.

I used to see the same doc as my PCP several years ago, but left him in the dust during the COVID era for obvious reasons. I'm so fucking tired of Big Pharma incentivizing this bullshit...and the WILLING doctors falling into step to push it. Big Pharma needs ALL protections removed...and then they ALL need to be held accountable.
