You have to go into your settings and turn off community styling and save changes. Then a downvote button will appear.
Settings are available under the dropdown menu to the right of your name (top right of screen)

Have you tried the dark theme? You'll never go back to the light!

I love dark mode so much !! I have chronic dry eye and the white lighting will make them water within minutes. No issues with dark mode.
Oh wow, that's pretty cool. It makes the lightning on banner stands out. I'll try the dark theme for awhile.. kinda used to the good ol' light and bright.
