Two of my holdings are in Fidelity accounts and I received only whole warrants there. No shenanigans over in the old E*Trade account either.
Never forget that Reddit is filled with ragebait bots in general, just look at how they wake up everytime something happens with GME just to get SuperStonk all riled up and dooming.

All the warrants I saw were whole, but sadly were also all lost in a tragic boating accident.
