Just kick it all back to the states. 100% would be great.
When the states comply with the Trump Administration mandates. I just found out that our school system is still teaching transgender bullshit. My daughter freaked out on the teacher and was told that her daughter would be advanced without having to participate in any more of this. It’s up to parents to check to see what is being taught.

Can't do that. You can't tell states you're independent so now you can take the Constitution or leave it.
For years California was left unchecked now look at them. They effectively shredded the Constitution.
The constitution doesn't allow federal education. Congress wrote a law in the 70's citing the 14th amendment, that's as close as you'll get.
That law could be changed at any time.
The phrase "...promote the general Welfare..." opens the door for an end run around every Constitutional restriction on FedGov. There was a long running fight to put that phrase in, with most of the Founding Fathers opposed to it. But Hamilton eventually convinced the majority to add it, to our lasting detriment.
